Countless ripples

and a tumultuous existence,

You think your world defines

A chaos filled quagmire,

On a precarious thread of heartbeats

You think you are hung

Between now and a looming nowhere!

 

Ask me !

 

A thousand sighs I fathom

In the sliver of every such second,

You whirl around

the blue vastness and beyond,

With a glance or two that I hold dear

 A fire I keep fuelling,

A storm I keep gathering,

And all you see is

A silence like death

And a calm demeanour!
